Privacy Policy

Who we are
SentinelX provides a desktop application and related services that monitor publicly available posts on X (Twitter) and stream them to subscribers in real time. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and an encrypted password with our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Billing data. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store your subscription status, plan, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers so we can grant you access.
- Configuration data. The list of X accounts you choose to monitor is stored so your feed follows you across devices.
- Technical logs. Our servers keep short-lived operational logs (connections, errors) to keep the service reliable. These are not used for profiling.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not post, interact, or do anything on X on your behalf - the app never asks for your X credentials.
Third-party services we rely on
Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments and subscription management), and a third-party data provider for public X content. Each processes only the data necessary for its role.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account (or ask us to), your account record, monitored-accounts list and subscription records are deleted. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the new date above.
